“Life belongs to the living, and those who live must be prepared for change”.

Dear all,

A great and intense time as CCO at Webshipper ApS has come to an end and I am proud of, that we all together have achieved to scale the business internationally; that we reached our target to sell the company last September and that I afterwards got the opportunity to accompany the integration into a new era. I wish the team all the best for its future path together with the new owners– with pleasure I will follow you from the sideline.

Having said this, I believe, that the mission has been completed and have therefore decided to devote myself full-time to my work as strategic adviser, freelance leader as well as my work in different boards, that I have enjoyed so much the last 3 years.

I am looking very much forward to help several companies to scale their business, among others I am going to work as co-CEO at Care4farm ApS and will also work in additional boards and advisory boards after summer.

If you also want to develop your business to new hights, scale your business internationally or enhance digitalization (incl. SaaS & subscription business models), then I am happy to meet with you. You can also read more about me and my competences on https://karinagoos.com/.

A special thanks

That I have today the opportunity to take this next step in my career is thanks to employers, teams and colleagues, who have supported me in driving my consultancy company in recent years beside of my positions. Always with full confidence, that my work with other companies in different industries will be a win for them, too, and the full trust, that I handle that properly.

I am aware of, that this is not a matter of course – maybe even unconventional – and I am very thankful for that great opportunity!

Be open-minded and creative in associating the right resources at the right time

That is why, I would like to take the opportunity to encourage businesses and individuals to be open-minded, let inspire you by best practice and be creative in associating resources – it is at the end performance and results, that count.

We live in times, where we know, that tomorrow is not going to look like today; in a world, where we stumble from one big challenge to the next – we actually live in the 2020’s. But the framework and the organizational structure in which we operate often comes from the 19xx’s. And the tools from the past are not necessarily the right tools to master the future.

Business development goes often hand-in-hand with organizational development – growth depends on, that people do the right things. If you are open-minded towards other, new working models – always going for the win-win principle (win for the company and the individual) you will succeed in associating the right resources at the right time and master the speed of the world we are living in.

Today hardly anything lasts forever – if we recognize and accept that, we will be able to embrace the opportunities, that lie in it and develop as it is required – as a company as well as an individual.

Yours,

Karina
