Professional experience
I have + 15 years of international senior management experience, in the technical, developing industry and IT / SaaS with a profound expertise in automotive and transport industry. In my management positions in Denmark as well as abroad I have been responsible for strategic Business Development, Sales & Marketing as well as Product Management.
I believe in “human being first” (empathic leadership) and thus I have delivered significant results in my various management positions, because I have focused on developing people and organizations in the professional context I entered.
Today I work as strategic adviser and freelance leader for several companies. Among others as Co-CEO at Care4farm ApS (IT / SaaS industry), that sells digital monitoring equipment and Software-as-a-Service to the agriculture and food industry. I have the full commercial and operational responsibility with a focus on international scaling and further development of digital services.
In addition I work in several boards and advisory boards of numerous companies across different industries.
Furthermore, I work together with Business Kolding. As a Business Mentor I make my knowledge available to Danish SMEs and help with business scaling – among other things: capital raising, international growth, digitalization and organizational development.
