How to raise capital
Together with other members from the network group “Bestyrelseskvinder” (network group of female Board members), I was visiting the startup company Hopspots by Child Experience Design last week. There, entrepreneur and board member Aviaja Borup Lynggaard and the chairman of Hopspots invited us to learn more about the company and its development.
We learned about Aviaja’s story of going from idea to sustainable business. Furthermore, she presented how. the board of directors and the advisory board have supported to an increased professionalization in the entrepreneurial business.
We also had the pleasure to follow a presentation from both Peter Ladefoged from Borean Innovation A/S about raising capital, and Susanne Scott Levinsen, who gave her insight on the M&A process from a board perspective.
